Frequently asked questions
What is concierge chiropractic care?
Concierge chiropractic care means that instead of you coming to an office, we bring expert chiropractic care directly to you. Whether it’s your home, office, or another preferred location, you receive high-touch, deeply personalized care on your schedule, without the hassle of travel or waiting rooms.
How is Pivot Chiropractic different from a traditional chiropractic office?
Unlike traditional chiropractic offices, Pivot Chiropractic operates on a small caseload model, allowing for more one-on-one attention, customized treatment plans, and direct access to your chiropractor. We prioritize convenience, privacy, and truly personalized care.
Do you only see patients in their homes?
No — While we often treat patients in their homes, we also provide care at workplaces, studios, and other locations based on your needs. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, feel free to reach out.
Who do you serve?
We serve a wide range of individuals, including:
• Pregnant and postpartum mothers looking for specialized care without the stress of traveling.
• Families and children needing gentle, tailored chiropractic support.
• Professionals (attorneys, surgeons, executives, etc.) who can’t leave their workplace but need care.
• Athletes and active individuals seeking performance-based chiropractic treatment.
• Those recovering from surgery or injury who need chiropractic care as part of their healing journey.
How often will I need care?
This depends on your unique case and wellness goals. Some patients see results in just a few visits, while others benefit from ongoing care as part of their long-term health routine. We’ll create a customized plan based on what’s best for you.
Where do you travel to?
Pivot Chiropractic provides care in Montverde, Bella Collina and Lake County.

What do I need to prepare for an in-home visit?
Not much! Just a small, open space where you feel comfortable. Dr. Brittany brings everything needed for your session, including a professional chiropractic table.
Do you accept insurance?
Pivot Chiropractic operates as an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies, meaning patients pay directly for services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel a first time consult and evaluation appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Can the whole family receive care?
Yes! Pivot Chiropractic serves moms, dads, kids, and even grandparents. Many families incorporate chiropractic into their wellness routine to keep everyone feeling their best.
Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?
Yes! Chiropractic care during pregnancy is not only safe but highly beneficial. Dr. Brittany is Webster-certified, which means she is specially trained to care for expectant mothers, helping to optimize pelvic alignment, relieve discomfort, and prepare the body for birth.
How soon after birth can I receive chiropractic care?
Postpartum chiropractic care is incredibly valuable in helping the body recover from birth, supporting pelvic health, and addressing any lingering discomfort. Many mothers choose to receive care within days or weeks postpartum, but it’s never too late to start.
Do you provide care for newborns and infants?
Yes! Gentle chiropractic adjustments can support newborns in feeding, digestion, sleep, and overall nervous system regulation. Dr. Brittany is trained in pediatric chiropractic care and uses an incredibly soft, safe approach for little ones.
